Well I have to say there is something about just getting something taken care of that you have been stressing over for the last 3 weeks and just getting it done with!

Got my gauge cluster fixed and now I have a working airbag.

I know everybody here likes to work on their cars, not only for personal satisfaction but for sake of not spending a fortune, but it is nice once in awhile just to have the damn thing taken care of and pick up something thats all nice and fixed.

I've never been to the dealer before but I knoew it would be expensive. Anyways I was happy with the loaner car, the free car wash and tire shine. But the thing that tipped it off was one of the older ladies that works i guess behind the counter in that food section of the lounge but as I was moving my car real quick she goes "wow your car looks really nice".

Just thought I'd share, kinda shows something when a 1992 coupe still stands out at the dealership where it was sold 13 years ago. Especially with all the other nicer newer cars that come through.

It is nice when you can afford it bro, I know the feeling. If I had it my way the dealer would do all my work, but I'm not made of money...so most stuff I have to deal with myself or with the help of friends. Congrats on getting your issues handled man

Yeah, I can't afford to go to the dealer either but I'm getting Electronic Express to pickup the charge for the cluster and my parents decided they wanted me to have a working airbag so you know once in awhile its just nice to have it done with.

Hey, everyone...

In order to lessen the wallet impact from the 'stealerships.' order parts from friendlies, such as Carson Lexus (snaps to Gonzo and Gordon out there in CA!). Then, negotiate like he** to get rid of "environmental fees" and other such crap. Yeah, those cappucinos still won't be free, but at least you'll have knocked some of the financial hit down to painful, from death inducing!
