OK here we Go, this is were I am as of Today, Many people have said that if your going to Dye it, do it right the First time. So I am, and thankx to DETUNED's useful Tips here she is So far

Damn that looked liek it took soem time to take out lol, also does any1 know where maybe i could get it done where its not gana cost me my left nut? like i buy everything and just pay some1 to dye everything?

any place that does auto interiors along with a lot of custom car audio places will do it, labor will kill you at either place since it takes forever and a day to tear down the interior without screwing something up. just set aside a whole weekend and get it done yourself, dont get me started on the emo music vs. doing the work on your car thing again.... haha

I found a place that sells SEM and what I need to know is what are the bottles i need to dye it...like clear coat..you know prep. stuff.....how har is it to do and did anybody the bottom dash or the leather on the door panels or the leather on the center console? need help....BReed cant wait to see the finished product man

Finally, the answer to my problem. I been thinking about dying my interior black for sometime now, but I was hesistant to see what the outcome would be. Im finally conviced to go ahead and do it especially seeing the end results of others. I got a price quote from a Lexus dealer and I was told it would around 3300.00 for Black interior peices for my SC300 and that doesnt included the Front, Rear seats and carpet. LOL

Default interior dye

i was in the same boat as you guys. my interior was pretty bad(leather was cracked all the arm rest were also as bad as the seats plus my steering wheel was worn very bad with leather chunk missing. i will post pics up after work.a buddy of mine here in tampa/brandon owns COLOR NEW all he does is dye interiors for boats/planes/cars etc and he did everything for me. 350$ and everything looks new. i will have pics up later.
