Okay found it. Was a fuse in the kick pannel inside the car.. I checked it before but didn't notice it broke at the corner, instead of the middle. I believe it was the third fuse going towards the front of the car, bottom row. The fuse pannel I have labels it as GAUGE, I believe it was a red ten. I'll check when I get home.. This fuse controled both windows, sunroof, and the antenna. The gauge cluster worked fine. -Brett
