Default My latest update on this crazy issue

For the regulator, is it "find it in a junkyard" at this point? Saw advertised a new Lexus OEM Jan '94 regulator and motor on LexusPartsNow.com (LH 24050) for the lovely price of $721. BUT... that won't fit the 12/93 build which needs 24041.

Like everyone is saying, why did Lexus rev this thing three times?!
I couldn't find a regulator with my 12/93 build date and I finally got the broken one removed. Everything comes out just like all the YouTubers show except one of the two upper bolts of the regulator. The bolt was probably 1/8 inch too long and I found one YouTuber who removed the entire window (OMG... lotta work). I got a Dremel bit to ground the end of the bolt and I finally got enough clearance to push it out. Geez... now I can match and adjust whatever I can find in another year. Window won't go all the way down? If that's my worst problem, I will be extremely happy.
