Default 95+ Cluster Needle Longetivity?

How long do the newer cluster needles last? I am looking at getting a 95 SC400 cluster from Gazi but I don't want them to die soon like my 92 needles have. How do the newer clusters compare to the old ones, or more specifically, a 95 compared to a 92?

It's all the same SMD's. Your '92 is what........ 13 years old. 'Bout time isn't it?

Besides, the needle problem was solved years ago

Gazi is an awsome seller

Yeah, all my needles are dead and my backlighting half works. But I don't want to have to drive around without a cluster (my mileage will be off), and I assume there is no way around that with Lextech.

Depends on how far you drive. "all off" is a bit of a stretch for a few days. Maybe like 6 months without it would put you in a situation of being off on miles. A hundred here or there isn't exactly like pulling the speedo sensor off the wheel and taking 6 months off your mileage.

Everytime you change tires to a brand new pair you go 40 miles further in one month than with bald tires without the car knowing. It doesn't affect the drivetrain mileage, but you do cover more ground

By the way, if it help I see less 95 units dead than 92-94. That could be from the fact they aren't as old. Hard to say.
