Ok guy's. It's time for paint shop. There are a lot of cosmetic changes going on this week and I need to decide on a color. I want a more classy approach to the car, so I have singled out Metallic Pearl Ivory as my color of choice. I am looking for other suggestions right now also. I just went through 204 pages of the gallery for SC's and so far this is what I came up with.

I'll be painting the black one, and leaving the sandstone one alone.

hmmm....I find black to be classy and would never change it but to each his own. Im a silver guy myself which my lovley silver spruce will be in the winter. A deep blue almost black is nice. White is classy maybe to different a slight off white like escalade or prelude white. Just my thoughts

to be honest i really like the 2005 is300 green ... i forgot the name of it but i usually dont care for green on cars. this color looks hot though. i like the black you have it now also

if your paying top $dollar$ in my opinion, get it done the jade green from the 92 sc's an throw a bit of purple pearl in it like mine beatiful!

If you wanted something different but real classy and rare go for that royal purple found on the later model SC's and I think some supras maybe? I forget the name but I've seen it on a car and I personally like it. Other than that I like black on a car, platinum silver too. I like the M5 silver too.

I don't know if this is a stock color, but I once saw a LS400 that looked black from a far but once I got close it was a dark shade of dark, dark red.

RSP all the way, if not get a SUPER high gloss black (looks like a grand piano) like on the new Benzes.


If that doesnt work go with woodland camoflage. Sneaky.

I like all blue, but the only blue I'd consider for what I have in mind is a deep royal blue. When I walk upon the car I want to think "very nice" "clean and classy". I want a country club effect.

I have plenty of other toys for "cool" and "speed" (you know that already )

I'm w\ the black suggestion though. Black is the most 'class' you'll ever paint on a car; for various reasons, but especially because of the amount of luster and shine associated w\ a highly cut\buffed\polished paint job.
