I forgot the name of the place.. It was in S.CA.. I paid like $350.00 for the kit.
There are alot of places to get them though. I bought mine almost 4 years ago.

As far as I know, NO..... but good luck trying to get them too as it would probably cost as much as the entire assembly.

Guess I should have started a thread about this a while back. I went from a 95sc to a 97 in march of this year, and i noticed a huge improvment in beam pattern, and cutoff. Guess i figured it was common knowlege Definitely is nice with my hid kit (don't have to worry about blinding everyone) I haven't ever been flashed by other cars with my 97, in my 95 it happened at least once every couple weeks...

Well, the headlights that came in my 97 are not as bright and do not product the same cutoff line as they do now with brand new headlights... They were better than my 95sc400, but they are nothing compaired to what I have now.

i just installed my new 99-2000 headlights and they look fantastic!!!
not only do they make the car look like new in the day but, the light output just went up about 70% with a very blue cut-off line-just as irontoad mentioned.... i have h.i.d. on my headlights and it is definetely much more intense than before... i see everything, and i now the light extends out a greater distance in front of the car- this is an excellent mod with maximum results!!
- you all will not be disappointed!!!

Man only if they sold the projectors alone. My hid retro would be cheaper than that.
