the 97+ kit does bring the body lines down more lower and gracefully as oppose to just rounding out in the older SC's.

looks great!

A 97-00 body panel upgrade that is installed upon a lowered SC, along with wider, low profile wheels and tires with a more agressive stance, makes the car look much more agressive and appears as if the car has a kit on it... One of the cleanest looks out there...Only one I like better is tha AC, unfortunately, it is 100% fiberglass, and it will crack upon sufficient impact.

yeah i agree. I was thinking about the AC kit since I love the clean OEM look. I might opt for a 97+ upgrade plus a front lip.

The AC kit is by far the best looking, and the 97-00 kit in second place. However like ryan said - 3 or 4 grand for a kit that will crack V/S a grand or two for one that is hard as a rock and is in second place is an easy decision. Really it is not too much different since the AC kit was modeled to be little more than a nice 97 bodystyle.

Well I am back on the hunt for a '97 wing. Mine was destroyed in shipping. Tails, a grill, and fogs would be nice too. I had the grill and sold it to someone on here early this year. DOH!

O.L.T. IM A FEW STEPS BEHIND YOU. ALL I NEED TO COMPLETE MY CONVERSION IS THE REAR BUMPER AND QUARTER PANEL MOLDINGS.. BUT I DONT THINK IM GOING TO GET THE 97+SPOILER

IM THINKING OF JUST PUTTING ON A REAR BUMPER LIP FROM ONE OF THOSE BODY KITS.

I suppose that would work, but the 97 rear is very blended with the car and the lip would be less blended. Also, the way the rear bumper is designed, the side rear skirts extend quite a bit, so your car would not be even on bottom. That may not look so hot. I'd go with the full kit.

I would start my search here: http://www.worksuperwheels.com/wheels/
