Another 97-2000 conversion begins
Thanks to Din for the parts.
I still need to find a grill, taillights, and fog lamps. I have the wing, skirts, front, and rear. It started arriving today and I removed the Bomex and installed the new 2000 front end. I am now down to the choice of either going back with black or doing the whole car in kandy red. Both are nice, and makes a hard choice.
I'll be updating this soon I have to go to a muffler shop and use their rack for the skirts. I learned the hard way with my BMW that having to jack the car up and lay on the ground inserting screws and making holes sucks.

I prefer the 97-2000 body personally. Clean, simple, and the best look overall for what I want which is just nice and clean.
Of course, I could just leave the car 2 tone

Definitely feeling that 97 bumper... I agree with you...The 97+ upgrade is the cleanest upgrade of any pre-97 SC...
That is why I am doing the same...

I like the vertex clone you got, it looks good, but that shot of your SC at the show slammed in kandy red with the 97 kit pwnz anything I have seen yet.
Dont paint the car candy red. Then everyone will think it is Dins car. Be original
First I'd **** everyone off by going with gold emblems if i keep the stock 97-2000 wheels for 6 more months. After the wheels change I'd go with silver emblems.
