if you were your seatbelt you dont need a bag...it actually causes more harm then anything. Broken noses ect. Now if you drive without a belt then yeah a bag is good.
BTW i see what people are saying about the wheel. But its not that bad really. Looks better then the stock POS

This is misinformation. The airbag system is designed to work with the seatbelts. SRS even stands for supplemental restraint system. The airbags supplement the seatbelts.

Let me illustrate: Take a helium balloon on a string and throw a tennis ball at it. What happens? The balloon quickly bounces out of the way and the tennis ball keeps traveling thru the air.

Now, strap that balloon to the wall, and throw your tennis ball again. The ball hits the balloon square and is cushioned.

It's the same thing in a crash. If you are loose inside the car your carcass will flap all over the place and completely miss the sweet spot on that airbag. You'll fly out a window, the windshield, or end up in the back seat.

If you are buckled in, you are directed right into the airbag's sweet spot and it does it's job of saving your life.

There is no debating this. If it's your opinion, fine. But the facts are that airbags work WITH seatbelts.

As for the other post of airbags only causing harm... They save lives, PERIOD. That's why they are required in cars. Just like seat belts, crumple zones, door intrusion beams, and other federally mandated safety devices in cars. Yes, the airbag may break your nose or burn your face and wrists. But that's MUCH better than a shattered skull, a broken neck, or a crushed jaw.

Mos def. My airbag ain't going anywhere anytime soon. I had a friend who was in a bad rollovere accident...airbag deployed and burned his face and chest...but he survived...because of the damn bag.

But safety issues aside, the Nardi wheel used against that stock steering column doesn't look good at all. I'd prefer a tan or brown Celica GTS wheel actually. And again, nothing against Nardi or whoever else makes these types of wheels, I just don't believe they look good in SC's.

I think it maybe illegal in the USA to disable an Airbag or to have something that blocks the Airbag.

My suggestion, you need more chrome to match the steering wheel. Maybe chrome the door handles and the shift **** to match more.
