Default Clock problems

i have a 95sc300 my clock on the dash stop working, it still lit up but does not work, and everytime i push the H or M buttons, the lights in the dash go out for a second and come back on, everything else still works fine in the dash, has anyone ever encountered this problem or know how to fix it .. thanks for the help

It looks like cluster problem. I bet that same place that does replaces needles could fix the issue.

The easiest thing you can do is replace the dimmer panel and see if it is a short in the switch. Then start looking for a new cluster if not.
