The story on the Gold badges is this: I originally got the gold badges because they were going to match a set of Veilside wheels that I was buying that had gold accents. In the end the company I bought the wheels from goofed and sent me full chrome wheels with no gold accents. I ended up selling the wheels on to someone else and bought the Volk SF challenges that you see now.

My plan regarding the badges is to wait a little while (until some of the gold starts wearing off) then I will replace them with either silver or black pearl emblems....
