theres a lot of hog rings to take out and put back in, taking it out seems to be the hard part.

The seats will tighen up once on the car for a week or two. I had some extra slack in mine but they all formed to the seat pretty well after a couple weeks. The heat helps!!!!
BTW the middle inserts are supposed to have some slack so thats normal.
And the front seats, if you have too much slack, pull the covers down AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, this is the way they are supposed to fit, but a lot of ppl put the hog rings on without them being all the way down.

I redid the leather on a car once. It was an experience. I don't think I'd ever want to go through it again. The seats aren't too bad. But the side panels had me cursing for days.
