i did this in my galant. twice actually. it looked amazing. cuz it looked OEM. i actually repadded the dash, and sanded the foam down, so i could totally eliminate the pass airbag and it was smooth. anyways, its a PITA first off. secondly, it really was kinda crappy trying to make everything fit again. cuz the edges were thicker than normal. so, its an art almost making it all OEM fitting. like, where the gauges go, the leather there was thicker, so it was snug. but the results are like no other. but i do have to say, i dyed my dash a few weeks ago, and the results were perfect. try dye first. it was 1 can for the top dash for me. 10 bucks. then if that doesn't work or return the results you like, then try wrapping it. only down 10 bucks then. and who knows, ya might like the look. just a word of advice if you try wrapping it...make sure the vinyl you use stretches in BOTH directions. the first time i wrapped my galants dash, i used the wrong leather, and it was a nightmare.
