You dont need a new rear quarter panel mine has gone through much worse and I kept my old one. Honestly it looks like something a skilled body man can straighten out easily.
Find a good person for the job and have them pulled into shape. Theres no tears or rips on it so you might be lucky and have no need for welding/bondo?
If your object is to save, interview bodyshops, body repair men/women if they could straigten it out without need to replace...
However be prepared to turn down ludicrous suggestions, I remember people telling me my perfect rear quarter glass and windshielf would need to be replaced, along with my ok shape tailights and other nonsense, that brought up repair estimates over 16k. .. got major body repairs fixed for less then 2 k, mostly by avoiding needless parts.

Well just found out that the way the insurance company sees it is that if you hit your own car, each cars insurance covers it, and since my dad decided that the Lexus in the family wasn't important enough to have collision on it, its not covered. And my dad doesn't have the funds to pay for it out of pocket right now or probably for awhile since he's laying out college tuition. Looks like it will be a lot of eBaying for me. I'll try to go with the $1550 quote from the Lexus reccomended shop. Hopefully I'll have that saved up by Thanksgiving so I can get it fixed in time to have it for Christmas and the next semester.
I will however though save myself a couple hours of labor for taking out the tail-light and antenna module myself since they added both of those things into the quote. I'll probably take out the inner fender well too and anything else marked in the quote that I can remove.....all I need them to do is pop out the dent and bondo it and paint it....I'm skilled enough to remove a tailight and don't need to pay $36/hr for somebody else to do it!
Looks like that $2200 paint job I wanted is going to have to wait I'll just have to polish it up real nice instead.
