#78
so most of u guys are running 235/45/17 in the front and 275/40/17 in the rear?
do u have any rubbing issues after u dropped ur car?
and i mean rubbing when u take hard turns and drift and stuff like that.

these are ooooooold lol. but i have no new pics and the weather isnt really cooperating either.
stock 16 and supra 17.
cleaned the wheels, stock ride height.
supra eibach pro's w/ agx shocks.
'nother angle
i used to use 245 and 275 but now i just use 235 and 255 since i really dont need all that rubber right now anyway. no rubbing here even at an event after nailing a cone or two

most of the people reppin' twin turbo rims have 235/45/17 front tires and 275/40/17 rear tires.
i'm looking at the pictures of them on the sc, and it seems like the sidewall is the same for the front and the rear.
does the sidewall for the front and rear look almost the same cuz the rear is 17X9's?
sorry if it seems like a confusing question.

ah. icic.
so the rear tires would look smaller then the fronts yes?
and damn, i thought it was 17X9 back there, not 17X9.5. good god thats pretty wide.
so no rubbing issues against the fender lining or the wheel well what so ever with modified suspension when doing hard turns and drifting? thats great!
now the hard part is actually buying a set and finding tires for them.

yea the rear sidewall would look thinner cause well, it is heh. i got lucky and picked up the set from a friends car for 250 w/ kumho ecstas. only problem was they were completely bald in the back so a lot of wiggling around till i got some new tires on them.

yep. they are lexus centercaps (lil faded and beat up, need new ones). i just took them off my factory 16's. i figured why not give it a try, and it fit
lil note: rear fits perfect. front caps a tiiiny bit small but still sit fine.
