I have two choices.........

Order the CF pillars from a german seller on fleabay or go to this place: http://www.mcmaster.com/ scroll to the very bottom right and click "graphite" and order a raw sheet of CF and DIY.

Does anyone have the CF pillars the german guy is selling? price: GBP 25.00 (Approximately US $45.17)


It's the only CF mod on a street car I approve of. The one's on my Bimmer are a very nice touch.

I like the idea of the CF pillars, and that website is very interesting....you're a DIY guy to the max B, so if you decide to go with that route...I'm pretty sure it will turn out great....

B, I'd venture to say anything you make yourself will be as good or better than whatever cheap crap German homie is slangin'...you know the level of your own craftsmanship, we have no idea about dude over there...I'd make 'em myself

I bought some of the C/F Pillars. They haven't come in yet.
When they do, I will post some pics.
Since they are coming from GB, It may take a few weeks.



I have bought a number of things from EBAY. So far most of them have been as advertised.
Only a set of Gold badges were a problem. I ordered a set of SC400 badges and they sent a set of SC300 badges. I sent the SC300 badge back and for the last couple of months we have emailed back and fortyh and they just can't seem to get it right. I finall went to Lexus a bought the SC400 gold badge that I wanted.

I have a set of the Carbon Fiber pillars from that guy. He sent me a set and they fit perfect. However, the first set he sent had a small bubble in them. I sent him an email in regards to it and he had me a brand new set at my house within 5 days. Excellent customer service and great guy all around.

So are these pillars just stickon, since he says "We also include adhesive promoter for stronger grip!"?

I look at them every time I browse ebay (everyday) but have never had the urge to spend around 50 bucks on them.... maybe one day
