1995 SC400 with 67K. Bought last June with 45K on the clock. Runs flawlessly. Did the 60K maintenance last November, and the timing belt was still in like new condition. No problems, just maintenance. Replaced serpentine belt at 60K, replaced brake pads at 65K.

My 93 SC400 got 173K miles on it. It still run strong. Recently did timing belt, water pump, front brake, and trans service. I don't know how long it last on me.

Very little valve tapping noise when cold. Will thicker oil take care the valve noise?

Cool 169,500 miles

'92, SC300
bought 3/97 with 72,000 miles

*Replaced timing belt 9/00
*new shocks 4/02

Things I can live with for awhile:
*Instrument panel pins are out
*Heated seats don't work
*Sunroof needs new switch but motor is good, works most of the time

Car is clean, in & out. Only worn-out areas are driver seat and steering wheel.

Runs great. Just paid it off and hopes it lasts a long, long time. I drive it hard in city traffic and have a lot of faith in my engine.

The black clear coat looks great, people can't believe it's a 92. I think my 10 year old car looks better than a lot of new ones. Don't you guy's agree?

Ive got a '92 SC with 150K miles on it, I got it with 93 from the second owner who was best friends with my dad. Had to have the carbon blown out once, shattered the harmonic balancer once by accident ( ) but thats about. Shes a trooper with how hard I drive her, and thats pretty hard seeing as how Im a student with low money reserves....gotta make money somehow and if its with a top of the line Lexus model, hey, you gotta do what you gotta do

'92 with about 203k on the ticker I dunno what I am going to do when I actually start making some good money next month. Engine rebuild, tranny work, turbo? or possibly a 2jz-gte with 6spd tranny. Decisions, decisions.

1995 SC400 bought in December 2001 with 46,996 miles, and as of today has about 62,200 miles. No reliability problems whatsoever, even though she's been sitting in a storage garage for the last three years without being driven.

1993 SC400, bought in February of 2002, and it had 39k on it, now it has almost 45k, and it runs great, putting a 50 shot of NOS on tomorrow, and computer upgrade tomorrow, I love my car.

well here is some miles for you all. I got 215,000 miles strong. It is flawless. I have had no problems for a long time. I just ahd it in the shop for a lube job and they gave me a clean bill of health again. I am going to do a timing belt and all the next oil change.

How do you like the Kumo's? How many miles on them? Just bought a set (235/40/18 & 265/35 18), very smooth & so much quieter than the Proxes I took off............. 93 SC400, 124K, regular maint, replaced a rear strut around 60K, timing belt, tune up at 72K, still running quiet and strong! Been reading the posts on the BMW X5 HID upgrade.... my next project. Seems like one of the few areas the Toy. engineers messed up.
