ok... are you serious? i have a question for you... why in the world would you want to put neon washer nozels on an SC?? its a luxury car.

there is a small cover under the hood, you need long needle nose plires to get the nozles out. but please dont do this.

You are kidding, right? Just slowly back away from the Pep Boys counter, get back in your car, and rethink this whole idea. You'll be happier you did. Just spend a little time around other Lex owners and see what mods look good and go from there.

Can you elaborate a little bit on how to remove the washer nozzles, either here or through PM please. I need to do this so I can clean them out, the wax is all up in there and when I try to use it I only get washer fluid on the very bottom part and the very left sidfe of the windshield. Needless to say its not very good at cleaning anything. also, it gets all over the hood in between the nozzle and the glass.

just take a credit card or something thin, push it inwards on the front of the nozzle and the back and it should pop out...

i replaced mine with LS430 nozzles...sprays out beautifully!

Did you get the nozzles at the dealer? Cost?

Sorry for derailing the thread

No, I've got the neon at Oreily. I like neon to add an extra touch to the car...I already put green neon license plate on mine..now just wanting to finish it with neon washer...it looks cool man. I modify my M3 as well luxury or not. It's my personal choice if I have the ***** to do it.

just get some newer model washers instead of the neon, GS430, LS430...the GS430 has 3 nozzle sprayer, the LS430 I picked up has one rectangular nozzle...it sprays so wide it goes off the sides of the windshield!!

Cost is about $15 or so each and comes painted in any new factory color...best bang for your buck!!

i replaced mine with RX ones... they sprey in a fan pattern... very nice.

pop the hood
remove the 2 little sticker covers (oval shape)
use needle nose plires to pop out the washer nozles.
pull them out from the top of the hood.
pull off the hose
replace nozles
reverse process

now im done with this thread.
