I am in the market for a '98 SC400. What can I expect to pay for this year model with average amount of miles on it. What should I look out for? Did the '98 model year have HID's available??

I've been looking in the N Dallas area and I've been seeing prices between $35k to $40 for 98's with about 35-65k miles. They are pretty scarce down here at the moment. I'm looking to find on in the low 30's with low miles. Hasn't been easy. Good luck on your search.

Check out eBay, there's a TON of SC's on there, and a lot of them are Houston and Dallas....

Check out the certified preowned section on the lexus.com web site. Those cars carried warranty and you can negotiate the price with the dealers. That was how I bought my car.

I bought my 98 sc400 with 17k miles on it and a 12k stereo in it for 40k. Not bad

I just bought my 1998 SC400 a few months ago. It took me 6 months to find her. I finally found her in Atlanta and paid $30,000 for her and she had 40,000 miles on her. She is in excellent condition and still under factory warranty. I feel like I got a great deal.

I got my '92 SC400 in March from a guy in Austin for $11,500,have been happy with the car.
Car had 85K,in Exc shape,new tires.
I just put in a full set of PIAA bright white lights that work nice for $120.
