SC300 LCD Colors (what do you have?)
Hey everyone, I've got a question for all....
I'd like to know what color your Climate Control Unit / Stereo Reciver LCD's were backlit with when stock (no aftermarket ones thanks) I'm trying to figure out what years and what interiors had what colors. I believe that some 97's had Orange backlight, where some others had a Blueish backlight (like mine with the black leather interior). I also know that a Tan interior 95 would sport Orange backlights, but what about all the other years / color interiors (though there were only 3 leather colors ever used)... Thanks for your input...

92-94 = green
95- 00 amber
Lexus has no designation for any variance. Occasionally one will pop up though so there must be more.
95-96 was definately all amber.

Thanks for all the responses guys... Is there anyone out there with a 97 SC and a Amber Display? My theory is that the tan interiors got the amber colored displays from 97+ and black ones got the green / blue (here's a pic of mine).... Thanks! -=nathan
