I second that, the SC had its own look and stood apart as scupture compared to those German designs.

That prototype is in the Toyota museum in California. Not far from Long Beach. I went there nearly two years ago during the TORC show that is held at the Queen Mary. The museum is not open to the general public but it is not hard to get in there for a look around. It's in a non-descript warehouse about 15 min. away from the Queen Mary. Especially if you're part of some Toyota club like this one. I'd think it'd be real easy for this club to organize a meeting there and have a tour inside and show & shine in the parking lot.
They have a lot of interesting Toyota history there covering every thing Toyota. Including Dan Gurney Eagles, Indy Cars, replica of the first Toyopet and a couple of the very rare 1967 2000GT's which could be looked at as a very early SC300??? I also remember a big chart on the wall showing the orginal Lexus business plan or something to that nature.
I'll try to find a few of the photos that I took while there to see if got any of the Lexus's. But I didn't own a Lexus at the time so we'll see.
