My Hinge
I got my driver's side door hinge from: http://www.brickyardimportedcars.com/
The first one they sent was bent and could not be used. But, they guarentee their parts so I called. They said that they would refund my money or send me another hinge. I opted for the hinge and it was perfect. The body shop that painted my front & rear bumper painted and installed the hinge for $50.00.

Don't throw away your old hinge!
If anyone still has their old driver's side door hinge, I'd like to try rebuilding a worn one while the one on my car is still servicable. There are instructions on rebuilding them at:
http://www.jkwebdesign.co.uk/lexusclub/doors.htm
...but very few have tried to tackle this. I may give up too, but I'd like to give it a try at least. By working on a spare hinge I can work on it gradually, without the usual pressure of trying to fix it fast so I can rehang my door.
FYI- I've also posted this request at:
