Welcome to CL Eric! As Mongol said, we have a search function here on CL, which is located in the top left of every page. Most topics such as this have been discussed ad nauseum, so you'll find tons of info on most any question you can think of. Enjoy!!

Glad to have you here. When you're new, the search ****'s can get a bit annoying. We really need to make an faq index to sticky. Been saving bookmarks to do this myself. Anyway, here's one of my favorites for it.

In a way, there already is an index and it is accessed by using the search function. They can learn it now, or learn it later.

i bet if there were a 100 stickied threads starting at every new member in the eye, they still wouldnt know it was there.
