well, if you want the car to stand out you really cant think of it in terms like that (comparing to overall cost of the car). I would recomend that you look at used sets however... keep your eye in the clublexus classifieds, supra forums classifieds, 350Z Forum's classifieds, and takumi-project's inventory.
Also know that there is some work involved to get wheels like those to fit... (rolling, pulling fender... running some camber.)

......Already planning on rolling the fenders anyway
But in that pic....Im not so sure he didnt eliminate the inner wheel wells.. That is LOW and tucked.
That looks like an inner wheel well delete, and wire harness relocation job.
