How to remove headrests from front electric seats??

Greetings,
I was unable to figure out how to pull out the front headrests for electric seats. The back are easy.
I don't want to force them out and break anything.

ummmm...I believe there is a lil round button on either the left or right side of the seat near the headrest. Note:It is on the seat not the headrest. It's on the side kind of behind the headrest. Press that and pull the headrest up (like u would if u were raising it) and just pull it all the way out. If this isn't what u were referring to, please tell me.
