HID lights

I know there have been a few discussions concerning HID bulbs, etc. and i just wanted to clear it up.
What is the best HID bulb (bulb only) for the regular projector lights in the SC w/o having to buy the HID kit? I know that some r bluer than others, etc. but provide less light than the stock lights.

uhhh...is there such a thing as just a HID bulb? HID's are not normal bulbs. I don't think you can just buy a bulb and have it work as HID. If you're referring to those superwhite bulbs, etc, that's a different story. HID should be superior...
I'd like to know about HID kits...my roomate has a Phillips kit on his Accord. I don't know much about it, but it seems pretty nice and he likes it a lot.

The phillips kit is the only kit that provides real HID lighting for the SC. Everything else are Xenons (I refer to the bulb only "upgrades" as xenons and HID as the real thing). From what I understand, the phillips kit is much brighter than the stock setup, they don't have a blue tint to them and are very white.
Regarding bulbs, I have the Hiper Industries blues on my SC (85 wattage). They appear very bright, another SC came up behind me w/ the same bulbs and I thought they had their high beams on until I noticed it was an SC. I tried to take pictures, but the pictures didn't accurately reflect the amount of blue on the lights, but they look great, i'll try to take pictures of them w/ another digital camera tomorrow night.
*warning* these xenon bulbs (as with all xenon's) absolutely suck when the roads are wet (the hipers, IMO, are better than most of the others in rain), there are times after a heavy rainfall that I swear my lights aren't on. luckily it doesn't rain too much when it's dark here in Colorado.
