Hey everyone,

So I'm thinking of looking into an SC400 this coming Saturday. It's a 1992 SC400, leather, sunroof, 131,000 miles, upgraded headunit and door speakers. It does not have the Nakamichi sound system. The guy purchased the car from a Lexus dealer, but I do not think that he is the original owner. The owner said that the dealer did change the alternator and the current owner has changed the water pump, radiator, timing belt, and condensor. The car currently has new tires on it and is not modified except the stereo as said above. Other than that, the car is in great condition and the current owner said there were no problems with it. It's being sold because the current owners' sister drove the vehicle and she needs another vehicle for college.

I can get the car for $5000. Any issues here? Any problems? Here's the ad:

I got a 92 sc 400 forsale. 131xxx miles. Its dark green with tan leather... Leather is in perfect condition, no rips or tears. Car has brand new tires on them with stock rims..Its got a sony explode mp3/cd player. infinity door speakers..Cold A/C, Just replaced timing belt, water pump...This car is well taken care of, selling for my sister shes moving to Gainesville for school and needs a newer car.. But car runs perfect...

For new leather seats. I think factory leather is more gathered than that.

mine doesnt come w/ it....... but i'm still happy, dont need heated seats, i got my *** and farts to warm it up

Looks like the original leather to me...my seats aren't gathered at all.

lmao you ain't ridin it my sc, well ya u can it has the heated seats no need for that. My brothers prelude AC isn't filled so he always replies yeah it's got AC 2WSAC!! (2 Windows, Sunroof AC haha!)

Interesting to learn that all 400's don't come with heated seats! I was under the impression they did.

It came as a package with traction control. No trac, no heated seats.

I don't have traction control but I have heated seats, I know i'm joking it's because I have a manual. That's pretty stupid though that only automatics came with trac control, the supra turbo manual (priced around the same) came with it. But for those with manuals and even autos without traction control and want a traction control system, that is actually made for launching good/racing. http://www.racelogic.co.uk/?show=Traction_Control

My seats, which I know are original, are more gathered than that. For some reason, the seats pictured don't look stock to me...

i dont know yall. my seats dont seam to look gathered. they actually are SOLID LEATHER. i think the gathered seats are some sort of synthetic leather. maybe tan leather is softer then black?

what do yall think?
