Anybody know Where can I Get the Carbon Fiber Hood for Sc300/400 ? I seen the Is and Gs have cf hood. anybody know ,please help. b/c My hood clearcoat is little bit came out and re-paint the hood cost is around the $5oo .so, I'm kind of thinking about get C.F hood.anybody Know?

What needs to be done is get verification of at least 10 people that'd be certain in doing such a thing. Then, emails or calls need to be sent to the companies that have produced the CF hoods for the GS series cars.

made a phone call, and got some info!!!

well it can be done

this is what we need, yes its true we do need a hood for them to make a mold, but im trying to find a way out of that. the more people we get to go in on this at the same time the better.

but for now it goes like this, after he gets a hood to mold it, it would take 2 months to have a complete one ready for duplicating. but this is for a fiber glass one but its not a big deal to make it cf it takes the same mold.

as far as prices right now this is what i got.
for a exact replacement
fg it's around $599
fg w/ cf overlay $699
cf $? probable not more than extra $200

but i know that i want mine w/ a rverse scoop so that might be extra. not sure yet.

so id like to get a # to give him that are confirmed deals so i can try and get him to spring for a hood!!!

so far it looks like 3 to 4 including myself, we need bigger numbers if were gonna make this happen.

im gonna call some other places and see if thers any diff, ill keep everyone informed!!!
