Whoever makes these shirts is subject to copyright laws and would have to pay royalties to lexus. For that reason, most people won't bootleg. In a Euro city it was on the news last night a guy was sentenced to jail for wearing a fake rolex. The rolex guy's saw him wearing it and filed against him and won. That was for just wearing it!

In America that extreme wouldn't happen, but the person doing the bootleg would suffer jail time and fines in the thousands. Anything not approved by lexus = bootleg. bootleg = jail time + fines.
