Default SC seat question.

The seat in my car currently is having a problem with the track that let's it slide back/forth. I've found a seat that's fairly rough but the tracks are perfect on it. Is there anyway to swap the whole track hardware/frame to my seat?

Its just 8 12mm nuts and a few plugs. Tracks are easy to separate from the whole seat. I just replaced them on my pass. seat. Easy job good luck.
