I am misinformed about the trip meter on the SC's.
The mercedes S500 doesnt have a rear window defroster. a smuch as it cost they left out that one simple feature. I just found out that sc300's didnt get a tripometer until 1997. why would they leave that out?

tripometer??? if ur taking about "trip A" ,"trip B", and regular odometer? i have them

that was all part of the Ultra Lux package back then.
It was a $20,000 option.

they added the temp in the cluster in 97... maybe thats what they meant.

Apperantly they know what they are doing.... all Lexus cars not only have a trip meter, they have TWO of them.

OLT, what else did they say that was not accurate? did teh 92 not have automatic lamps?

They also said that the SC300 and 400 had different front ends- EEEEHHH! Wrong.
Edit* Just thought- I forgot about the SC400's lip.

Hrmm... Most 91~93 Soarers I've seen came with auto lamps, pov-packs without the temperature display but all have twin trip meters. At least you guys don't have to put up with stuff like this...
