Default Bambi meets Lexus

Dammit, I was going no more than 15-20 mph, in broad daylight in a residential suburb near Annapolis, when a young deer, about 2 years old, sprinted from the side of the road right into my fender and bounced off my passenger door. Now I'm going to need a fender; I'll also have to have the door straightened out, and the hood -- and maybe the whole car -- repainted too. Here are a couple of pictures. Note the deer hair stuck between the wheel and tire.

Umm...that's exactly what it is. The deer must have hit its head against the fender, crumbled down against the wheel, and bounced off the door... Now I'm looking for a recommendation for a body shop in my area.

Concrete evidence that people don't even bother reading the initial post, they just look at the pictures and post.

Good luck getting that fixed man.

wow, that sucks... as for a great body shop... i forget what its called, but its in edgewater. ill find out the name of it. its where i went to have my window and regulator replaced... turns out, the owners grew up with my father. they have fair prices, and do great work. ill let you know when i get the info. oh, and as far as insurance goes, since i already had the door pannel off, they hooked me up and my deductable was covered less about $50.

That's a real bummer man. Good thing it didn't turn out worse and you're stil ok.

How'd Bambi fare? Not well, I'd assume.

And, am I the only one who thought the hair in the wheel was kind of funny?
