Iron cobra...thanks yeah i think your right.... i just might like it... maybe i'll do that and then i'll update one more time to see what you guys think

lexiss sc400... i know what you mean....the sc400 factory bumper is just so nice.... if there's anything that happens to this front bumper i'm just going to put that back on.. but as for now i'll just leave it because it will be such a waste of money...and hey....like iron cobra said...i might like it.... just a couple dollars left to spend on it than we'll see how it goes.

got trd......it is unfortunately my only car.... my family does have a pathfinder but a family of 5 everyone has their own things to do you know? using other people's car's get's kinda annoying...that's why....i just got some nice dunlop snow tires on the chrome rims in pics.... =)....... yeah man.... i should be good this winter

thanks for the comments guys

Everyone's on a budget, so I'm not gonna say, "Do a GTE swap, drop the car on HKS coilovers, put on some Fiskes, stop-tech BBK, then the 97 update and call it a day"

Here's my cheap list:

1) Paint the calipers something subtle. No need to show off stock calipers & rotors.

2) Watch out for chrome rims in the snow -- salt will eat away at the plating, then one day you'll wonder why your tires keep losing air.

3) Drop the car on whatever you can find in the classifieds, on ebay, or SF... within reason

SupraCoupe I actually just put on crossed drilled slotted rotors.... so i think i'll be alright with the calipers now.... put pictures up soon...... yeah these chrome rims i'm using as my "winter wheels" because i don't have any stock 16's or anything because when i bought the car it came with it.... and last but not least... espelir springs coming in soon... will throw those on after winter.... =) thanks for your advice though... appreciate it

to each his own on the calipers, but red is a color typically reserved for Brembo, StopTech, Wilwood, Endless and the like...

with less than 6 piston calipers, they're considered ricey by many people (myself included)

well what i would do is.. buy some aftermarket fogs and mount them.
then i would get a mesh grill type of thing going on.
that would be fine.

yeah... everyone has their personal opinion on stuff... and personally i like the red calipers... even though they may not be brembo but it gives it a nice touch. i don't think it's ricey...but everyone's different.... thanks for your post supracoupe appreciate it.

Pistolpen..... yeah... that's what i'm planning to do.... i'm trying to do it myself also...but i'm having a hard time trying to figure out.... how to build brackets for the aftermarket fog.... CAN ANYONE HELP? or maybe i should just be on the safe side and spend a couple dollars going to some shop =(

by the way.... rotors are on

haha... or buy one of them "garage tents" that you see at car shows that i see around.... aren't they pretty much useless in weather, because... snow and rain doesn't really come straight down. y'know?
