Default Fog Light question

Well, to start..my car is a 95 SC3 and when i bought the car it only had 1 fog light for some odd reason. So now I have decided to wire up the second fog light....so my question is...will these fog lights that I found on ebay fit my SC? I noticed that there was no line through the center of the light, does this make any difference in fitment? Thanx

You have a 95...I believe the 1995+ models used H3 halogen bulbs in those foglight housings, whereas the one you have listed is from a 1991 manufacture, which means it uses an 1156 filament bulb. Your light will be different between the two foglights.

Well, if i buy these fog lights I would go ahead and replace both of them. Are the soarer fog bulbs different than the SC's because according to sylvania..all the SC's used H3 bulbs.

Sylvania is wrong on their website. The 92-94 SC's used 1156 filament bulbs in the fogs and I know that for a fact because my 94 uses 1156 and not H3. I believe after 95, they used H3.

the ones listed on ebay are for 92-94 which are actually turn lights. So these won't project a wide pattern like a foglight but rather just to the left and right. You want to pick up ones that were actually foglights and not turn lights.

Actually the 95-96 bumper is a bit different than the 92-94. It's not a major overhaul like the 97+, but there are some subtle differences. The foglight housings remained identical I believe.

And LexAnt is right, I had totally forgot about that. the 95+ foglights were actually foglights, whereas the 92-94 lights are just cornering lamps and really don't provide much light. All they really do is widen the beam pattern a bit on each side.
