What years would a 97 gauge cluster fit? Are they different for different years?

They sure are different, as has been discussed to DEATH. Pls look around and search for "cluster year" or something to that effect when posting. There are certain things that have been beaten in the ground, and tend to be a very easy subject to find with little effort.

1992 through 1996

and

1997 through 1999

are the two different units.
