has anyone ever heard of this site before. i was looking around the gs forums and found this. i know it has all type of replica body kits like the JIC didnt think they made a replica kit of it.
well the one thing that actually got me **** is that they are advertising Version Select body kit with pics of my car and they didnt even ask if they can im guessing they came on the forums and stole the pics.

im going to try and email them and see if they can take it down. i really dont like how they just did that w/out asking. can they do that?

I don't believe they can do that. Send a cease and desist ASAP! Threaten legal action if you have to.

 

i just email them so i will be waiting for them to reply back. if they dont take the pictures down i may have to threaten them with legal actions.

 

If they stole the pictures from CL, you can claim legal issue. Every page we have on our forum and gallery is copyrighted.

I faintly recall that someone on our forum works for them but I forget who.

I'd just call them and politely ask them to take it down immediately, the 800 number is on the bottom of their site. If they don't, pm me please.

 

im pretty sure they got them of the gallery section. those pics were only posted in the gallery section and when i posted about my car back last yr and no where else.

Your car must look good and is well put together for someone to use it as a model. I have bought a lot of stuff from them when I had my '90 S13 240SX. Take it as a complement.

P.S. If it bothers you too much, take them on unless of course if they want to give you a lot of discounts or sponsors.

 

Well, the best thing to do was not to advertise that JIC has a replica kit...
