WOW! I really like that drop. Is it easy to drive around or is it a PITA at that height? My old Soarer was on Espelir and it rode great BUT was a PITA negotiating with speedhumps and the like (because they always win lol )

I hate to be a copycat, but those pics just sold me on swapping wheels. Thanks for causing me an extra hour of work

Thanks for the compliment. Actually, it's not too bad at that height. It's still got a good amount of ground clearance up front (probably cuz of the 18" wheels). So far so good... haven't really had any problems with speedbumps or dips or anything.

Sounds good. I think you're the one that told me about the ClubLexus forums- so my favor back to you is giving you a nice, free, rim upgrade. So you're gona swap the moda's on the vr4, and the vr4 wheels on the lexus?

Thanks again for all the compliments.

I'll be NA-T in a couple weeks, so I'll take some more pics once I get all that stuff installed

It's kinda tough going from a VR4 that ran 11.70's at 119+ mph to a NA Lexus... so I decided to go NA-T

i have a question.
why is ur sidewall for the rear tires lower for the rear then the front tires?
and did u have to do any fender mods after dropping the car to fit those tires?

front: 245-40zr18
rear: 275-35zr18

both tires are 25.7" in Diamater... I wanted to keep the overall diameter pretty close. No, didn't have to do any fender mods at all.

Yea, I used to have a red 1995 3000GT VR-4.. license plate was 11S VR4

Unfortunately, the VR4 was totalled. It had a recall (transfer case), and the part malfunctioned, causing the wheels to lock up and lose control .

You could spot that thing from miles away.. it stood out like a sore thumb. Wher'd u see it anyway?
