I've talked to people in their 40's and 50's that really wish they had held on to that old mustang, or whatever they drove back when they were in their 20's.
I'm not selling my ride... I just wanted to know how much it would be worth on the CL forum.
I sold my last SC with out completing it and regreted it for over a year. What can I say I needed the money to build my family a home at the time. Now that I have the house I have no need to sell this SC.
Here is a shot of the one I sold...

cool cool, glad to hear you aren't testing the waters for any other reason than curiousity You have a beautiful ride, and if you're anything like me, your love for it will continue to grow
BTW: are you going to keep the 93 side skirts and rear bumper, or upgrade to the 97+ variety?

It says yamaha because you have a kouki 1jzgte aka the VVT-i model. The zenki 1jz is non-vvti and 100% toyota design. The VVT-i version came on later soarers, chasers, etc. yamaha had a pretty big hand in it. From what I know, the internals aren't forged.

Are you sure, I don't think I have the VVT-i vession... It does'nt say VVT-i anywhere......
God and if I did have the VVT-i - that would mean I have the ceramic blade turbo that blow up at 17+ PSI.
It can't be the VVT-i cause I've been running 17PSI for almost one year now with no problems.

The body has 78k on it and the engine has 39k on it now. I'm running between 15 - 17psi and am happy with it for now. It's set up for a single right now with the larger injectors, but does very well on the factory twins. I'll be going to larger single soon, God willing...
Check the CL for sale forums, I think there is a clean red automatic 1jz SC for sale at about 13K.
Thanks for the kind words, your car looks clean as hell too.....

Wow, I posted the same question on 2 diffirent forums and recieved 2 difirent offers.
I was offered 17k on clublex and 18k on the other forum.... I guess the value is 17-18k depending on the buyer.......
That's not bad for a 1993 if I do say so myself...

ok, i didnt read every post, but as for the price... i have seen this car in person down at JM for the big meet last year......... if anyone offered you less than $81-20k, let me know and ill come slap them. this is by far the cleanest SC i have ever seen in person.
as for the VVT-i thing, no, its not a vvt-i motor........... they came with a single turbo, not twin
oh, and your blades are ceramic, so i wouldnt go any higher than 17psi.... ive heard of people running 21psi on stock twins, but that only lated about 4 days.

What year and model this steering wheel came from?
