Cat Flanges for 1995 SC400

I have a 1995 Lexus SC400 and my car is in the shop having the headers installed. We have encountered a problem with the cat flanges. I called S& S Headers and they told me that earlier model SC400's need special cat flanges and that they would take two weeks to fabricate. I am in a bind because my car is in pieces at a Muffler Shop and the meter is running. Any suggestions for a work-around?
