I dont think it is just me but it seems that the price of SC's are starting to go up. i do know there are alot of factors but this might be a steady increase starting. What do you guys think?

i know mine isnt in the best contdition and its a 92 with 178,000 wen i bought it but i only payed 4500 and it s a manual.

what do yall think?

They seem to be pretty steady. The newer models are still falling and the older ones are still as cheap as ever. They do tend to bottom out at some point ($4k or so) with only a slight increase in price for newer years and lower mileage.

i think manual SC will probably never go below 5G. thanks to this drifting craze why buy a beat up 240sx for 5G when u can spend a little more and get a manual SC. i even believe that after fast and furious 3 comes out the SC will see a small price hike. nothing compared to what FF1 did for the supra though sadly. i believe that a 93sc300 this time next year will be above 7g. well i hope it will be because this time next year i might be selling my ride to upgrade to a 2nd gen GS.

Seasonal shift... prices will increase "slightly' towards the end of winter and into spring....

That's why I don't think I'll ever get rid of my SC300. Not because of possible price hike, but because they are rare to come by.

anyone have an up date on the thread from way back where one of the CL members with the red SC and yellow lights was going to be in FF3?

Ive seen plenty of 5spds for under 5k. 240sx's are selling for like $1500 with a stock KA24 so I dont know where that 5k came from. Also the 240 is a much much better chassis to drift with (yes I currently own a 240 as well as the SC). I paid 7k for my 96 SC300, 5spd so Im not to sure about a 93 being worth 7k in a year from now.....

i just got my sc (97 manual) for 9g...i donno if thats expensive by yalls standards of when ur got urs, it has 115k miles on it
