I read that you drill holes on the bottom so it can "breathe". I never tried it and ppl said it worked tho.
Another thought is to seal it with silicone and use zipties around the headlight to assure a good tight seal.

What i did was seal it with silicone and waited 24hours before I put it back into the car. It got condensed once and now they are fine....
