Default i found random wires in my trunk, what are they for?

These were on the LEFT side of my trunk under the carpet. I assume one is for the phone no longer in the car. Any ideas?

nope. those plugs are on the right side. 2 for changer and 2 for the amp. 4 plugs coming out of 1 harness on the right side near the gas door.

so i have the plugs ABOVE coming out of the left side. =\ very strange to me.

Cell phone. The RJ cable is the antenna lead. The other molexs are the power/mute/etc for the integrated models.

If you unplug those then the front right speaker wont work. j

Also, that harness has the purple cell phone mute wire.

Using the OEM head unit, or aftermarket, you now have access from the trunk or under the cup holder.

well that would explain why my front right speaker wasn't working. i ended up tapping the wires straight from the door to the back of my headunit.

those plugs have been laying in the trunk since i got the car. i guess theres really no use for them now.

Like 933005spd said, there is no need to remove this wiring in the trunk. Just plug the two large plugs together to complete the circuit. Poblems could result if this wiring is removed.
