Hey, thats not that bad for a stock SC.

Are you automatic? Manual? Because I know usually SC's take lower 16's on an auto.

What I find interesting is how my automatic SC300's trap speed are within 2 mph, but his low end is much better.

Perhaps tells me that the SC400 is torquier then the SC300 but almost make same hp?

The early year models, you're correct. I believe the discrepancy was about 25 horses. 225 for the 300, 250 for the 400. Only later on, the 400 put out more and more power with a final output of 290 in the final MY.

I was running between 14.98 - 15.10 in my stock 95 sc4, according to my Gtechpro.

My Gtechpro, was waaayyy off. Its told me my 1/4 times were faster than the tracks by 6/10ths
the 0 to 60 times were off by a second at times.

Example....it was saying my 1/4mile time was 4/10ths of a sec faster than what the Manufacturer and Road and Track were posting on the 3000GT VR4. Those numbers a padded from the get go, Pro driver, closed track, perfecto weather, less air in tires. I was on a BFI farm road in the middle of summer.

Don't trust your Gtech over what the track-gun says.

15.7 at 90mph?

Shouldn't a V8 with 260+hp be a bit faster than this?

Seems kinda slow to me. Doesnt a stock sc300 net these ET's and trap speeds too?

Oh yes dont remind me. I ran a 17.1 on street tires. No traction whatsoever. I guarantee you will run better times if you run slicks in the rear. After that 17.1 I swore I was never going to the track again with a pair of slicks.

My low mileage SC300 [Auto] went 17.0@83mph. This was with bigger brakes, suspension, tt wheels, 245/275 rubber.

Don't worry about the reaction time, it has nothing to do with your ET or MPH. Only worry about that if you are doing real track racing, just to see what it does, RT doesn't matter.

2.3' is kind of bad but not horrible. Every tenth you take off the 60', you gain a 2 tenth deduction on you ET. Start modding...

haha do I win anything for having the fastest stock auto sc300 then? ... well kinda stock.. but I was stock when i got the 16.798s .

And my trap speeds were 4- 5mph faster, its amazing the differnce unsprung weight can do to the car! My tires are falken 451-GR-betas 225/16/50s.

My best 60's were in the high 2.6's almost 2.7s... With a severe bog of the launch every time, this is due to the no low end grunt and long gears. I can totally see losing and entire second when I convert to manual.

2.6's....holy crap, I ran better then that in my auto Integra (FWD w/ no torque and 140hp). Id be pretty upset if I didnt pull out atleast a 2.1, but then again I have a manual.
