trac light comes on when I put my foot on the brake sometimes it will come on when I take my foot off the gas while the car is rolling at highway speed ,when I stop for a light the engine shuts off the car is factory stock no modifications

This is my problem, dont know if its the same:
Sometimes when i start car the TRAC light turns on, no check engine light, just the trac one.
And if this happens it wont work.
Then again sometimes i turn my car on and everything works fine, i thought it might be some connections or a loose fuse, but all those are fine.....
Its uber aggravating
