damn that must have een scary atl east you didnt lose control and really eat it
i live in la to damn those streets are messed especially atlantic blvd close to monterey park going pasadena and had an accident htere myself

wow glad your okay... that's crazy..... well since everyone is sharing road debris stories.... i ran over a small twig.... saw it coming a mile away.... didn't notice that it was arched up a couple of inches until it was too late, with the espelir springs i got on....... my car's pretty low. hit my Bomex front bumper....yeah.... good thing my front bumper was already cracked.....whew.... it was scary...................why are you still reading? hahha i know i got someone.

seriously though glad your okay. that wheels a scary sight.

Thanks for your replies folks. I'm currently filing my claim for damages with Caltrans. They should pay for the related repairs; tire, wheel, alignment. Paperwork looks simple enough and I have pics to send them. We'll see how it goes.

let me know how the claim comes out. i hit a HUGE pothole in the streets. they had sprayed an outline of it for repairs but denied knowing about it. their response was, claim denied since we are not responsable for the thousands of miles. its not negliance unless they are aware of it. sucked, cost me 700 to get a new rim.
