Looks just like Ethans minus the intake plenum...
Does SP do the pipes in house?
Looks like good work. Has it been to the track? I'm assuming thats an SP6X turbo.

Scott,

SP has a slew of pipes in their shop...most mandrel bent. I bought the kit used so I already had piping..

That's an SP60 turbo. I love it. I just wish I had a TC so it'd slip up so I didn't have to break boost...

I haven't had the car at the track. I've tricked everyone up here in to thinking it did a 15.9. So if you hear that, just go along....

I'll be running it soon, I'll be sure to keep you guys posted.

My intake side is the same as cory's... stock

Here are some pics of mine if you want to see the differences (it doesn't look a lot different actually, but you can tell some of the things that are different):

Also, cory's car is absolutely HAULING *** at only 20psi on pump gas with a small amount of xylene in it... That little turbo is wicked! Hopefully we can get some videos soon

Hey Ethan, how much did you pay for your turbo setup? I noticed someone post about www.turbochargers.com. What do you guys think? I also plan on going to Sound Performance to get my turbo done, but Larry said it will cost me about 7 for a matching SP turbo kits with installation.

I spent a little over $40k at SP, and then got wheels and stereo at other places. I did a lot of stuff though, and also my car was the car they designed all of this stuff on so I had to pay a little more labor since at that time everything was custom (the only thing they are mass producing now is the manifold). The manifold is like $2500 now with the wastegate, then you need the turbo which is like $1200. The fuel system is around $2500 for all of it, and the Speed Pro is $2500 also. FMIC was around $1800-$2000 after the mods necessary to make it fit. The trans was $3k + $1200 for a nice converter (which still isn't strong enough). The nitrous setup like mine should be around $1500 or a little more. I got a used Supra TT LSD for $500, and a built motor is like $4-$5k or so. That is like $20k or a little more just for the big stuff, not including all the small stuff you need (and big stuff I probably forgot), and that does not include labor which was over 200 hours @$70/hr (It was actually almost 300 hours, but they cut some off because it was R&D for parts they now sell).

If you plan on doing I would definately recommend SP... They know their stuff, and are great guys to work with!
