Default Right Rear Passenger Carpet Wet

Hey guys, for the last couple times it rained, I noticed a day later that the right rear floor board is damp wet. I did a search and found out that some of you guys have a similar problem with the front carpet and the culprit was the clogged drain holes on the door. Well oddly for me all the carpets to the sides of the floor are perfectly dry so there is damp trail to anywhere near the door or the door seals. Its just the floor where the floor mat covers is wet. Do u guys have any suggestions??

check the sunroof drain hoses also. they go out to the trunk and dump through the black vent boxes on either side of the trunk

theres a whole lot of places water can come in. these are just all suggestions of places it can come in. it never is a definitive especially over the internet. something is definitely clogged. i would give it to the sunroof or the door since it has been reaining over here
good luck finding it

I looked at the two holes on the sun roof and its not clogged. I looked at the two clear hoses that is in the trunk and it is connected. My ac has been non-functional for the last year.

Check under your rear seats, I noticed a hole on the passenger side that was missing a plug and sealed it up with silicone. But not sure if that will fix your problem since your floor is wet

strip the easy things to pull out before you take it in to save on the bill. if you want i can help you out. it shouldnt take too long. we can pull out the carpet and the rear deck area and see if we can find the cause that way. either way...leave the carpet out in the sunny sunny southern california sun on wednesday to dry. its not supposed to rain

Car has several rubber plugs about 2" in diameter on the floor boards. Pull the carpet up and see if youve lost any.
