ahhha, thanks Chanh55 the yellow signals annoy me, but the reverse lights i dig which is why im not gonna do the whole thing. gonna attack them soon.

Look at my pic on the previous page. I love the gold exhaust tips with the gold package. Although I might get all of my gold re-plated at some point. The gold exhaust tips seem unique and rare.

yeah, i gotta agree, where would you get them replated cause i found new emblems and i want to get the exhaust restored.

You'd probably need to find a local plating/refinishing shop that does all kinds of work like that. I usually look on citysearch.com or you might want to try other places like yellowpages.com, etc. to find a place close by to you.

Right now the re-plating is a low priority for me. Money is tight after my first maintenance/servicing on my recently-bought SC.

Default Who Here Has Debadged? Post Some Pics.

I'm considering a partial to complete debadge. I'd probably start with just the "Lexus" emblem. Not sure I want to remove the SC400 one though. I like the distinction, because most all other SCs I see around here are 300s.

Am I correct in assuming that there are pins helping hold the emblems onto the trunk lid (in addition on adhesive)?

I think just a Lexus "L" on the back looks pretty good, but there are pins on the backs of the badges.
