Been trying to figure this out but haven't had the time. Is there a module we can make to supply the highbeams with half the power so they glow then when we high beam the module is bypassed and goes full on? Kinda like what the new GS cars have? I'm sure it's possible... I have yellow bulbs I use for bad weather and would like to see what they look like slightly on.

That'd be a DRL. You can use a voltage reducer, but how to integrate it so you could switch it..... ...... would be a pain.

a number of years ago, i came across a module on ebay that claimed to turn on the high beams at 50% output while the headlights were off...like factory DRL. i wanted to install it, but i got lazy and sold it on CL instead. the buyer installed it and told me that it worked well. i can't remember who the buyer was though. i think it was an LS owner.

i don't know where you can find this module now. it took me a while to find it back then. but good news...it exists...
